St. Louis cut spareribs. Seasoned and smoked 4 to 5 hours. Served with Pine Shed Ribs barbecue sauce. Info: one pound of ribs is typically half a rack or 5 to six ribs. This number will fluctuate with the size of the ribs.

Saturday Only Beef Brisket Plate
Smoked beef brisket is back on Saturdays! Smoked 10 hours. We slice across our full briskets to mix the flat and the point and give a moist cut every time. Served with Pine Shed Barbecue Sauce, cornbread and choice of a side order.
