We mix our own dough, Shred our own cheese (and use only the finest 100% whole milk mozzarella), prepare our own pizza sauce, and slice all of the meats we use in our pies. Our crown jewel, a beautiful WoodStone Oven, cooks the tastiest pizzas and burgers in Portland. We hope you can taste the difference. Our dough recipe is inspired by east-coast style and cooked in a custom-made oven. Conveniently open 7 days a week at 12pm to serve our guests, we invite you to visit us soon. We feature 36 taps of beer, cider, wine, cocktails and a full sized Jones Soda machine so there’s something for every member of the family. Over the summer of 2019 we upgraded our whisky, bourbon, and spirit offerings in addition to a collection of curated cocktails (on draft and hand-mixed). Launching griddle-cooked Angus beef burgers has expanded and added to our wide array of menu offerings including many snacks and salads. Locally owned, operated, and founded by two pizza and beer-lovers (and Oregonians) since it’s inception in 2015.
