Callahan's Lodge

This historic icon (Est. 1947) is open year-round for breakfast, lunch and dinner with live music every evening. There is fireside dining on cool nights and outdoor seating, when weather permits. Located at an elevation of 4000 feet, the lodge sits just below the Siskiyou Summit, the Mount Ashland Ski Resort and the Pacific Crest Trail. Favorite entrees include any with award winning smoked salmon; omelettes, eggs benedict and crepes at breakfast; the Monte Cristo sandwich, smoked salmon BLT,hearty half-pound burgers and generous entree salads at lunch; western mountain lodge steaks, fresh seafood (lobster, prawns, scallops, trout,salmon), baby back ribs, duck breast, Tuscan chicken roulade, pastas and vegetarian entrees for dinner.
