My name is Tahnee (not Naija as many think lol), and I'm the owner/cook at Naija Wife Kitchen. Naija is simply the nickname or "pidgin†English word for Nigeria. With me marrying into the culture years ago, I became a "Naija Wife†hence the business name. No I'm not a chef, but simply a wife who had to learn to feed her husband, developed a passion along the way. Honestly, with Naija Wife Kitchen, I just wanted to share my beautiful adopted culture with my fellow Americans through food.
