Barroluco will be the first Argentine Fast-Casual Mobile Restaurant in Columbus, Ohio with offerings traditional to the Argentine tradition. While the food is prepared in the Argentine tradition, it flavors the heritage of Latino Culture and boasts the same in the manner in which it is served. Barroluco promises to open the door to the culture and experiences which flavor the Latin Community. Our signature dish is a beef sandwich layered with lettuce, tomatoes, ham, and cheese, topped with a fried egg, served on a slice of traditional Argentine thin bread. It is accompanied by a side of French fries and our unique "Salsa Golf" sauce.
