Anti-inflammatory golden goodness. Pineapple, turmeric, cinnamon, coconut milk, almond milk, local honey, pinch of black pepper. If you think you love this smoothie already, try adding vegan vanilla protein OR cayenne- it's AMAZING. Created in partnership with Dr. Jen Pfleghaar, DO, FACEP from Pflegmed Integrative Medicine. Turmeric has been shown to reduce inflammatory cytokines and can help with joint inflammation. Bromelain found in pineapple can help with soft tissue swelling.
