We then blended together a proprietary combination of cinnamon chips, cinnamon sticks and cinnamon granules from three different countries to create the perfect hot and tot cinnamon taste. Northern Breeze Tea

When we first introduced our Dark Tea of Pu erh to our customer...it took some time to become popular due to its unique taste, and dark and rich flavor...but now there isn’t a day where we don’t introduce it to someone and they love it. The loose Dark Tea from Yunnan Province in China is aged by Microbial Fermentation. We sell the Ripe or Shou Pu erh and it pairs well with many of our additions. In this combination of Pu erh we hand blended our tea with Pieces of Caramel and Cacao. With these great tastes we added a bit of Cinnamon and Ginger making it the perfect tea to sip during the cold days ahead.

Yerba Mate is not a part of the standard Camellia Sinensis plant but from a holly plant called the Ilex Paraguariensis plant that is indigenous to South America. Our Roasted Yerba Mate is a medicinal herb that share many common health attributes to the tea plant. Plus it has a dark and rich flavor that is similar to coffee. In the fall blend we added fresh dried fuji apples, a bit of caramel and cinnamon to make this the perfect Caramel Hot Apple Cider!

This have been made decaf thru CO2 - The CO2 decaffeination process is one of just two that removes caffeine from tea without using chemicals. Frosted Dawn

In this new winter blend, we combined the wonderful taste of Chun Mei - a classic green tea from Anhui in the Huangshan Province in China. The Zhen Mei (Chun Mei) is named Precious Eyebrow Tea. Which suits it perfectly because it has a unique shape and arched look like "eyebrows". Zhen Mei leaves are usually very thin and have a beautiful texture and color and not fermented. This will allow the leaves to keep its natural nutrients like it was picked fresh. When steeped, this tea has a very complex chestnut aroma and a dark jade green colour in the cup. Making it very unique and nothing needs to be added. This tea can also be steeped with cooler water to make a light cup of tea. But usually, we will steep it with very hot water and long steeped increasing its astringency and flavor making a strong cup of tea with a dark colour and strong flavor. We don't usually add many additions to this tea...it is fantastic on its own. We added in fresh dried Raspberry and Dragon Fruit to give it a glimpse of spring during the long winter months! We finished it off with some Citrus and Mint to round out the flavors!

Winterberry

In this new winter blend, we combined the wonderful taste of Green Tea from China otherwise known as Lung Ching or Long Jing named after the landmark in Zhejiang, China. A Flat Long Tea Leaf that was pan fired in a Wok to finish processing. We added in freeze dried Strawberry to make the blend naturally sweet. To enhance all the flavors together we added Papaya to give a bit more fruitiness and tart grapefruit, lemon and orange to bring it all together. This is a great winter tea to brighten your day during the toughest season of the year!

In this case, the Hindi term chai means a mix of spices steeped into a tea-like beverage. Chai (pronounced as a single syllable and rhymes with 'pie') is the word for tea in many parts of the world. It is a centuries-old beverage which has played an important role in many cultures. This version of chai contains a wonderful combination of traditional premium high-quality teas from Sri Lankan - Ceylon Black, Chinese - Keemun Black, African Black and an India - Assam Black blended to perfection. With this combination of teas, we combined a wonderful combination of simple just chai spices of sweet cinnamon, flavorful ginger and extra orange. When steeped this becomes the creamiest of Earl Greys...and pairs well with Milk and is great iced!

This combination of black teas paired with Bergamot Oil and Orange Peel makes this a traditional favorite. Bergamot Oil comes from the rind of the bergamot orange. While many tea houses will carry a version of Earl Grey they will vary in taste due to the variations in black teas used for the blend and the quality of the bergamot oil. We used a traditional blend of Organic teas from Sri Lanka and China and the highest quality or Bergamot Oil. We then add the addition of orange peel giving it a great look and a fuller and richer orange taste.

English breakfast tea blends are similar in flavor profile to other breakfast teas though there are notable differences. English breakfast tea contains higher Ceylon characteristics compared to teas like Irish breakfast tea and Scottish breakfast tea, making it a bold black tea but milder overall as a breakfast tea. Irish breakfast tea has stronger Assam characteristics with bolder malty notes and deeper reddish color. Scottish breakfast tea is considered the boldest of the breakfast teas with hearty malty notes and an astringent flavor.
