The Stenger

Our version of the Buffalo stinger sub. Crispy fried chicken thigh, ground beef, lloyd Queso, romaine, cabbage, Chimi, tomato, onion, DiCamillo hoagie roll. The name comes from lloyd’s very first lawyer Mitch, that helped the little food truck fight the Mobile Vending wars of 2011. Thanks MITCH STENGER!

In 2010, Pete and Chris started a food truck and named their company lloyd. They drove around the city of Buffalo serving up wildly popular tacos and burritos. A lot of people asked them to bottle their pickled red onions, so they did. Here they are, and they're delicious.
