Curry Goat Meal

Americans spices added directly to the meat, rubbing in the flavor with hands. when satisfied that the seasoning has penetrated the meat enough, it is then cooked until having a thick gravy sauce with a tinge of spicy. serve with green salad or steamed vegetables.

Stew Peas With Pigtail Meal

This cozy jamaican stew is made .with red peas and pigtails and is cooked in an aromatic coconut milk seasoning with jamaican spices and spinner; often served with white rice.
