Chimichangas

A large flour tortilla stuffed and deep fried with meat, Jack cheese, and your choice of whole or refried beans, topped with red sauce, guacamole and sour cream, served with rice and beans.

Torta

A Mexican sandwich filled with lettuce or cabbage, onion, tomatoes, slices of avocado, jalapeños, beans and meat and potato fries.

Tacos

Soft corn taco tortilla with your choice of meat topped with cilantro and diced onions. Choice of meat: carne asada (grilled steak), adobada (marinated pork), al pastor (marinated pork with pineapple chunks), pollo asado (grilled chicken), carnitas and chorizo.

Mexi-tacon

2 layers of corn tortilla. One crispy and one soft with melted Jack cheese, whole beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and meat.

Pozole

A traditional Mexican soup made with pork and hominy. Served with cabbage and diced onions.
