Pork Tenderloin Dinner

Two marinated pork tenderloins. 24 oz. of green bean almondine. 16. oz of real Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Tenderloins are raw and must be cooked. Green beans and potatoes reheated. Serves four to five.

Jamaican Curry & Rice

Made from scratch in the butcher’s kitchen this dinner done easy entree is jammin mon, made with boneless chicken thighs marinated in a blend of curry, onions, ginger, jalapenos, coconut milk and lime juice for 24 hours. Then sautéed with red and green bell peppers, yellow onions, then stewed over low heat for two hours with our house-made chicken stock, coconut milk and russet potatoes until the potatoes are nice and tender and start to thicken the curry. This is served with coconut rice, kidney beans and a touch of fresh thyme, yea mon! Feeds three to five people.

Made from scratch in the butcher’s kitchen, this dinner done easy meal with a bolognese blend of beef, veal and pork with shredded carrots, onion and celery slow cooked with red wine, beef stock, herbs and spices, finished with tomatoes and heavy cream. We then add layer by layer with a traditional béchamel sauce. Feeds three to five.
