Chopped Pork BBQ
Big Bbq Plate
Includes 5.5 oz of hickory smoked chopped pork BBQ with 2 sides (typically beans & slaw) and 5 hushpuppies. Select your choice of 2 sides, sauce & bread.

Includes 4 oz of hickory smoked chopped pork BBQ with 2 sides (typically beans & slaw) and 3 hushpuppies. Select your choice of 2 sides, sauce & bread.
Bbq Sandwich
Our BBQ Sandwich is a single item. It's our tradition to serve our BBQ sandwich on a 4" bun with chopped pork, topped with slaw and sauce on top of it (see pic). If you haven't tried it that way, you should! Choose your toppings on the next screen. Our BBQ Sandwich does not come with sides. If you want sides, please add items to your order.

Bulk Chopped Pork Bbq
Hickory smoked chopped pork BBQ. 1/2 pound = two servings. One lb = four servings. This is a single bulk item which does not include sauce or sides. Sides and BBQ sauce can be purchased separately. Recommendation - 8 oz size (small bottle) of sauce for up to 2 1/2 lbs of BBQ.

Choose our LP Vinegar Base House Sauce or The Optional Tomato Base Sauce (both are mild).8 ounce bottle is typically enough sauce for up 2 1/2 lbs of chopped pork BBQ. 16 ounce bottle is typically enough sauce for up 5 lbs of chopped pork BBQ. Four ounce cup is enough sauce for 1/2 lb -- one lb of chopped pork BBQ. Two ounce cup is extra sauce for BBQ sandwich, tray and plates.
