Brisket Plate

Hand trimmed, seasoned with our "Domino" rub, then slow smoked for 12 hours with local hickory wood. This is a very popular order, so we might run out fast!

Half Rack Plate

Seasoned with Alex's "#5" Rib Rub overnight, then smoked with Cherry and Pecan wood until tender. Honey and Butter finished. Grilled with your choice of Kansas or more Dry Rub.

Half Bbq Chicken Plate

Half Chicken seasoned with a BBQ/Herb mix, then slow-smoked with cherry and pecan wood. Finished on the grill for a tasty glaze.

Chicken Tender Plate

This comes from the "Money Meat" of the pork shoulder. We slice this to order so that you get the best quality possible.

3 Drums seasoned with a BBQ/Herb mix, then smoked with Cherry and Pecan. These are really good sized drums, probably the best "bang for your buck".

Marinated in our House-Made Mojo blend, then grilled to order. Expect a big citrus, herb, and Caribbean flavor profile.

Buffalo Tender Plate

4 large tenders breaded in a Crunchy batter, then tossed in mild Texas Pete Buffalo. Ranch, Kansas City BBQ or Honey Mustard comes with this.
