First came the hot chix, our spicy chicken sandwich. Now we have Cool chix - the same sandwich but with a plant-base patty. Breaded "chick'n" patty with melted Pepperjack cheese, Cajun mayo, lettuce tomato, pickles, peri-peri hot sauce and hot honey served on a brioche bun. I wouldn't say it tastes just like chicken but it does taste excellent.

We take our Cuban sandwich with ham, Swiss, pickles, and roasted garlic mayo on a pressed roll but instead of.pulled pork we use roasted wild boar shoulder. It's a delicious upgrade.
