Miso Ramen
Pork chashu or chicken with bean sprouts, wood ear mushroom, scallions, nori, and crispy onions. Complemented by chicken miso broth.
Spicy Sum Ramen
Spicy. Pork belly chashu with cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, corn, crispy onions, nori, leeks, and shredded red peppers. Complemented by chicken broth with Sum's housemade hot & spicy paste. Thick noodle.
Tonkotsu Ramen
Flame-torched pork belly with wood ear mushrooms, bamboo, sesame seeds, scallions, nori, and half an egg. Complemented by rich tonkotsu broth.
Beef Ramen
Slow-cooked beef short ribs with spinach, bamboo shoots, and leeks. Complemented by beef broth.
Black Garlic Ramen
Pork chashu with spinach, wood ear mushrooms, crispy onions, and scallions. Black garlic oil on top. Complemented by tonkotsu broth.
Vegetarian Ramen
Curry flavor broth OR vegetable broth with organic tofu, assorted mushrooms, lotus roots, baby corn, cabbage, and leeks.
Spicy Tan-tan Ramen
Spicy. Spicy seasoned ground pork with bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, corn, leeks, nori, crispy onions, and shredded red peppers. Complemented by tonkotsu broth. Thick noodle.
Seafood Ramen
Shrimp, calamari, clams, and scallops with with butter and garlic. Served with spinach, corn, and leeks. Complemented by chicken broth.
Oxtail Ramen
Slow-cooked oxtail and shiitake mushrooms with beansprouts, baby corn, lotus roots, scallions, and fried onions. Complemented by tonkotsu broth.
