MANANA A HAZY INDIA PALE ALE
Trident, El Dorado, Lotus, Sultana, Cashmere and Citra convey abundant hoppiness over a silky smooth malt base. Restrained bitterness does not interfere with the tropical, citrus, juicy goodness that is Mañana. Brewed with two row, Munich, and Dextrin malts with lots of malted oats and fermented with an English yeast strain, the esters and hop aromas put on a show. 7.3% ABV | 50 IBU
RED IRON DOUBLE RED IPA
An American double red IPA brewed with Columbus, Cascade, Comet and Trident hops and dry-hopped again with Cascade, Citra and Comet. Pours a dark red with a cream-colored head and a full-body finish. Resinous and woody notes balance the citrusy hops with a touch of toasted caramel. 8% ABV | 60 IBU
ESMERELDA ITALIAN PILSNER
This gem of a Pilsner is made in the Italian style, super dry, super bubbly, and supremely hoppy. Crystal and Grungeist hops were added with reckless abandon in the kettle and again for a dry hop. Citrus and herbal notes complement a dry and elegant malt profile making for a beautiful, refreshing pilsner. 5.3% ABV | 50 IBU
LLOYD'S 3 O'CLOCK
A light and dry easy-drinking Kolsch-style ale brewed with German pilsner malt and German hops fermented cool resulting in a clean, refreshing brew with an herbal, lemon hop character. 5% ABV | 25 IBU
COMPA BLUE CORN LAGER
This light lager is brewed with blue corn grown in New Mexico blue corn that was roasted and milled for us by Albuquerque’s own Southwest Heritage Mill along with Pilsner and Vienna malts. We throw in a few Crystal hops in there as well for balance. Compa is simultaneously malty and easy drinking. As New Mexico a Beer Gets! 5.5% ABV | 20 IBU

RASPBERRY DYNAMITE
Our popular house kettle sour is brewed with a wheat heavy grain bill, which we run off and kettle sour before boiling with lactose, a milk sugar. We then add a ridiculous quantity of pure raspberry puree to the fermentation and let it all bubble until the flavors develop and the yeast is finished. The result is a fantastically fruit-forward brew with a raspberry aroma, striking appearance, and a refreshingly sweet/tart finish. 5.8% ABV | 5 IBU

DIE DUNKEL SEITE
Our take on this dark German lager boasts deep, chocolate flavor underlined with a sweet, malt-forward profile created by its Barke Munich-dominated base malt. TEDDY ROE'S POLICY IPA
A JUICY INDIA PALE ALE. Brewed for our friends at Teddy Roe’s, POLICY IPA is a juicy IPA–crushable but with a respectable ABV boasting flavors of sweet candied orange, grapefruit, pineapple, and stone fruit with a soft mouthfeel and balanced resinous finish. Our sturdy winter warmer pours almost black with garnet highlights and a lingering tan head. Brewed with a collection of toasted, roasted, and crystal malts. FREDDY'S GOT TWENTY
Named after a whirlwind 12-hour trip to Vegas, Freddy’s Got Twenty is a robust Imperial Stout brewed with Bravo and Cascade hops, and copious amounts of roasted and dark crystal malts. This batch we aged for 15 months in Driftless Glen Bourbon De Naranja barrels. Pouring jet black, Freddy’s boasts notes of chocolate, dark fruit, and citrus notes from the orange infused-sherry bourbon barrels. A complex, extremely full-bodied brew with moderate to low carbonation for one deceptively smooth stout.
THE JUDY 2020
The Judy began as a Saison brewed with rose hips, lemongrass, and lemon verbena, and was fermented with our house Belgian yeast. We then aged it for a year in a Chardonnay barrel with fresh local peaches and a mix of Brett cultures. Effervescent, spunky, and dry, with beautifully balanced peach. citrus, and Brett bursting out of the glass with the help of prickly carbonation. 6.5% ABV | 5 IBU

“10.4% ABV pie filling” is this year’s Anniversary pastry sour. Berry forward with bright and tangy jam notes with hints of berry skin reminiscent of red wine. Bigger Boat Barley Wine
Brewed, bottled, and released in a limited quantity in 2022 for our 5-year anniversary, Bigger Boat is an English-style barley wine boasting aromas of dried fruit and rose. We’re uncellaring bottles for our 7-year anniversary celebration. We filled three oak maple syrup barrels with our Short Mondays Irish Red, and then we let it rest. Brewed with Colorado wheat and fermented with the French Saison strain, this collab with our friends at Ex Novo Brewing aged in barrels with two strains of Brett before being dry-hopped with Southern Passion hops.
