Plates
Ribs Half Rack Plate
Our ribs are smoked then finished off on the open flame grill. You have an option of Plain Smoked or Dry Rub Smoked Ribs. They are served with hush puppies & a choice of 2 sides.Please make sure to choose whether you would like Plain smoked Ribs or Dry Rub Smoked Style. Our Dry Rub is a sweet & slightly spicy rub. Both can have BBQ sauce on the meat or on the side, please specify
Chopped Brisket Plate
Our brisket is smoked low & slow for up to 16 hours then chopped. We can top it with bbq sauce or vinegar if you like, or we can put sauces on the side. It is served with hush puppies & a choice of 2 sides. Please make sure to choose your TWO sides. You can also substitute the hush puppies for a piece of cornbread.
Pulled Pork Plate
Our pork is smoked low & slow for up to 14 hours then pulled. We can top it with vinegar dip or bbq sauce if you like, or we can put sauces on the side. It is served with hush puppies & a choice of 2 sides. Please make sure to choose your TWO sides. You can also substitute the hush puppies for a piece of cornbread.
Pulled Chicken Plate
Pulled Chicken is smoked, pulled, then tossed in our BBQ sauce served with hush puppies & choice of 2 sides. Please make sure to choose TWO sides when ordering this plate. You can also have the bbq sauce on the side or choose vinegar dip for your meat.
