Fajitas

Fresh fixings to build your own burritos. Includes grilled onions and peppers, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, salsa fresca, rice, refried beans and warm tortillas.

House Burrito

Pack with char broil shrimp, blackened chicken, rice, cheese, pico de gallo and roasted tomatillo chili sauce. Top with more of the tangi sauce, chop cilantro and two squeezes of fresh lime. Guacamole, black beans.

Blackened Burrito

We grab a breast of spicy cajun chicken right from the skillet, wrap it up with salsa fresca and cheese, and then smother it with our red chile gravy. Sides of sour cream, guacamole, rice, and black beans.

La Playa Combo

Charbroiled shrimp, blackened chicken and a cheese enchilada. We lay ‘em out with a platter of salsa fresca, lime cilantro sauce, rice, black beans and warm tortillas.

Carne Asada Green Burrito

Marinated steak or chicken is flame cooked, and then rolled up with guacamole, salsa and fresh chilies. Smothered with roasted tomatillo-serrano sauce, cheese and green onions, side of sour cream, rice and black beans.

Burro Wrap

Jumbo tortilla is wrapped around your choice of meat. We fill in the gaps with charred potatoes, flamed seared onions, refried beans, cheese, salsa fresca, and red sauce. Sides of sour cream and guacamole.

Ranch House Quesadilla

Pan roasted mushrooms, charred red potatoes, fresh mild chilies. And melted cheese. We crown this tortilla wonder with fresh cilantro sides of salsa fresca, guacamole, sour cream, rice, and black beans.

Charbroiled Burrito

Same as the blackened burrito above, except we use.

Burrito Vegetale

We stuff it with rice and black beans, then loaded up with salsa, cheese, chopped tomatoes and charbroiled onions. Covered in red chile sauce, shredded cheese and green onions. Guacamole and sour cream.

Blackened Shrimp Quesadilla

Spicy seared shrimp are grilled with monterey jack cheese, roasted mushrooms. And scallions all topped with fresh cilantro and lime slices. Sides of salsa fresca. Sour cream, guacamole, rice, and black beans.

Carne Asada Plate

Fresh choice steak, thin cut, marinated in our peppery citrus marinade and then flamed cooked. You'll get the red chile cheese enchilada on the side, along with guacamole, salsa, rice, black beans and warm tortillas.

Old-school Tostada Platter

Fajita Salad

We start with a basket of fresh greens topped with grilled onions and peppers, we then pull a chicken breast off the fire, slice it and stack it. The sides are chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and some on that wonderful buttermilk-garlic dressing. Eat it up with warm flour tortillas.

Blackened Shrimp Tostada Platter
